Griffin Stafford co-invests with clients and joint venture partners in hotel properties that it develops and/or acquires. The company began with a single midscale select service hotel and has grown to include premium branded hotels in the Carolinas and Virginia.

Since its founding in 2003, Griffin Stafford has invested in a variety of hotel property types and under widely varying economic conditions, maximizing the value of its partners’ investments.
